Is it for you?

A good fit if

  • Choosing dinners and writing the store list is still your job every week.
  • You cook for a family of four and want the recipes, not just a menu.
  • You like paper: a list to tick in the store, a recipe page on the counter.

Not the right buy if

  • You need allergy, diet or nutrition guidance. These plans give none.
  • You want an app that edits itself or fills a store cart. These are printed PDFs.
  • Your own rotation or a free plan already does the job. Keep it.

Questions before you buy

What do I get when I buy?

An instant download after checkout: one ZIP with separate US Letter and A4 PDFs of the same pages. You print them at home.

Can I type into the PDFs?

No. They are print-only: you print the pages and write on them by hand.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each plan is a one-time download for your own household. There are no updates or recurring charges.

Do the plans cover allergies or special diets?

No. There are no nutrition figures and no diet, health or allergy advice. The swaps in the recipes are everyday preferences, each with its grocery-list change.

How many people do the recipes feed?

Every recipe in the dinner plans serves 4. There is no list for other household sizes.

Can I send the grocery list to a store app?

No. There are no retailer cart links: the grocery lists are printed, sorted by store aisle.

Which plan should I start with?

Want every dinner chosen and every list written for 12 weeks? Start with the 12-Week Family Dinner Plan. Watching every dollar? The 4-Week Budget plan prints reference prices on its grocery lists, with a column for yours. Want it all? The Complete Kitchen Bundle holds all four.
